Why the SHE POW?

I am a Spiritual Evolution Expert, who survived, overcame, and transmuted the pains from major trauma, abuse, and self-neglect.  My story is a powerful testimony of the transformative power of the SHE POW.  I should know.  I lived it.  It was how I went From Broken to Becoming, to Divine Feminine, and I earned and own that right.  Please do not take that as arrogant.  It comes from a place of true self-love, something that was foreign to me for over 50 years.  And for the first time in my life, I absolutely, wholeheartedly, unapologetically L-O-V-E me.  

I am proof that one can heal from childhood trauma and long-term abuse.   I have triumphed over tragedy and great loss with the deaths of my two brothers.  I am a testament that life does not end after divorce, but rather can become amazing, adventurous, fulfilling, and purposeful.  

I am a self-published author of the book, From Broken to Becoming, writer of the blog, The Fugly Ugly Truth, creator of the SHE POW, a transformative quest like no other, and a happy wife, living an amazing life.  I get to give to the world in ways that I never thought I could, and in turn, I am connecting with amazing people from all over the world whose ever-growing lights remind me why I love what I do.

I am a healer, a carrier of the Divine Light. This was the hardest truth to believe because of all the darkness I had seen, experienced, survived, and feared. The darkness in myself and the darkness in others was where my wounded soul lived. I had been wounded internally by my own doing and been wounded externally by those whom I gave the power to. But all of this was necessary. I had to see the ugliest parts of humanity that stole my innocence and dignity in order to understand my own monsters that I created to survive it and the villain I became in other people’s stories because of it.

I had to experience all of it; The good, the bad, the ugly of my humanity. I had to become immersed in the struggle through it. I had to live it in every part of my being, so I knew how they each played an important role in the development of a soul. I couldn’t hear someone else’s tale of overcoming. I had to live the overcoming. 

I became toxic to understand toxicity. I became utterly broken to learn to heal from it so that I could teach others that healing does come, and to light the path to get to the other side of pain. What once was the undoing of me became the evolution of who I am called to be.

Where fear existed, I had to find courage to break it. Where trauma lived, I had to experience the breaking and then the healing of it. Where loneliness created unhealthy attachments, I had to be alone to end it. Where depression consumed me, I had to find internal joy apart from what used to feed it. While I don’t agree with the saying, “Everything happens for a reason,” I understand that everything that happens will contribute to my reason for being in ways that are sometimes beyond my own understanding.

Healing is not easy. It is not a journey of love and light. It is filled with confusion and darkness at times, a place where our own shadows haunt us until we learn to shine amongst them. Healing had to come by way of the hardest path in order to appreciate it. There are divine ways to healing and I have been gifted to understand many of them.

I have been touched by God in ways that religion may never accept. I have seen Spirit, heard the whispers of Angels, and walked with my Ancestors. I have met the dead in my dreams and in my waking hours. I have experienced physical healing in ethereal realms and have danced with those who have walked before me. I have spoken languages that are foreign to me only to find that what I conveyed from the heart had real translations that supported it.

Through all of this, came my profound awakening, multiple ascensions, and finally, a clearly defined pathway of purposeful living, where my gifts are no longer for my own healing, but are now ready for the healing of the world around me.
